ALX-HD16-16DS 16mm Panel Mount Indicator Lamp | 18mm Bezel
16 mm panel mount indicator lamp, 18 mm bezel, 14.1 mm body, 32.5 mm overall length. LED light source, five lens colours, AC 110-380 V or AC/DC 6-220 V, screw terminals.
The HD16-16DS uses the same 16 mm cut-out and the same 18 mm bezel as the rest of the 16 mm family, which makes it the drop-in replacement when a panel built around a 16 mm lamp has to be re-lamped without drilling. Fit it from the front, tighten the nut from behind, wire the two screw terminals and the indicator is done.

Because the body is only 14.1 mm across, the lamp clears a 16 mm hole with room for the nut and washer on plates down to thin sheet. If your panel is deeper than 8 mm at the hole, tell us before ordering so we can check the thread length.
Design Features
- Standard 16 mm cut-out: a straight swap for an existing 16 mm lamp, no panel rework.
- Rear nut clamps against the panel, so the lamp stays put under vibration instead of relying on a push fit.
- LED element draws a fraction of the current of a filament lamp, which matters on 24 V control circuits fed from a small supply.
- Sealed lens and body are one part - there is no separate bulb to change or lose.
- Lens colours can be mixed on one order to build a colour-coded panel from a single part number family.

Order by model code, lens colour and voltage, for example "HD16-22DS, red, AC/DC 24 V". Colours can be mixed in one shipment - tell us the quantity per colour and we will quote against it. The same panel cut-out fits every lamp of the same mounting size, so a 16 mm lamp can be swapped for another 16 mm lamp without reworking the panel.
