ALX-HD16-22DS 22mm LED Indicator Light | 30mm Bezel
22 mm LED indicator light, 30 mm bezel, 20 mm body, 45 mm overall length. Red, green, yellow, blue or white lens, AC 110-380 V or AC/DC 6-220 V, screw terminals, 8 mm maximum panel thickness.
The HD16-22DS is the workhorse 22 mm indicator: it fits the same 22 mm hole as a standard push button, so a panel can carry buttons and lamps on one grid and one drill size. The 30 mm bezel gives a clear ring of colour at a distance, which is what you want on a cabinet door that is read from a walkway rather than from arm's length.

The 22 mm hole is the same cut-out used by the HB4 push button range, so a lamp and a button can be laid out on one hole pattern. The lens is a single sealed moulding - there is no bulb to replace, the whole lamp is the service part.
Design Features
- 22 mm cut-out shared with standard push buttons, so one drill size covers the whole panel.
- 30 mm bezel reads clearly from a distance and gives a visible colour ring even in poor light.
- 45 mm overall length leaves room behind the plate for the nut and for wiring in a shallow enclosure.
- Screw terminals accept a fork lug, which speeds up panel wiring and makes re-termination easy.
- Five colours from one part family: red, green, yellow, blue and white.

Order by model code, lens colour and voltage, for example "HD16-22DS, red, AC/DC 24 V". Colours can be mixed in one shipment - tell us the quantity per colour and we will quote against it. The same panel cut-out fits every lamp of the same mounting size, so a 16 mm lamp can be swapped for another 16 mm lamp without reworking the panel.
