22 mm waterproof flush push button switch with transparent protective cover, 1 NC contact, momentary spring return, zinc alloy chrome bezel, screw terminals, 600 V AC 10 A.
The HB4-BP42 puts a transparent flexible cover over the flush button. The cover keeps coolant, washdown water, dust and metal swarf off the actuator, while the cap can still be pressed through it without lifting a lid. It is the version normally fitted on panels that get hosed down or sit next to a cutting zone.

The cover is a soft transparent boot that stays in place over the cap. It is pressed through, not hinged, so there is nothing to open before operating the switch.
Design Features
- Transparent flexible cover over the cap: keeps coolant, washdown water and swarf off the actuator without a hinged lid to open
- The button is operated straight through the cover, so the panel can stay closed during washdown
- Normally-closed contact, spring return, so the circuit is made until the cap is pressed
- Chrome-plated zinc alloy bezel and metal clamping ring hold the cover flat against the panel face
- 40 mm depth behind the panel including cover and contact block, which suits shallow enclosures
