ALX-HB4-BT42 Mushroom Head Push-Pull Switch | 22mm 40mm 1NC
22 mm mushroom head push-pull switch, 40 mm red cap, 1 NC contact, latch by pushing and release by pulling the cap, zinc alloy chrome bezel, screw terminals, 600 V AC 10 A.
The HB4-BT42 uses a push-pull actuator: push the cap and the contact latches; pull it back and the contact resets. Because the release does not need a twist or a key, it is the quickest of the maintained mushroom types to reset, which suits stop functions that an operator has to clear many times a shift.

Design Features
- Push-pull action: latch with a press, release with a straight pull, no twist and no key
- Normally-closed contact holds the machine stopped until the cap is pulled back out
- 40 mm cap with a moulded grip shoulder that gives the fingers something to pull against
- Chrome-plated zinc alloy bezel and metal clamping ring keep the actuator square through repeated push-pull cycles
- Clip-on screw-terminal contact block, replaceable without removing the bezel from the panel

The same bezel accepts the twist-release (BS442) and key-release (BS142) actuators if the reset method needs to change later.
