ALX-HB4-BR42 Mushroom Head Push Button Switch | 22mm 60mm 1NC
22 mm mushroom head push button switch with 60 mm red cap and 1 NC contact, momentary spring return, zinc alloy chrome bezel, screw terminals, 600 V AC 10 A. Bulk OEM supply from ALUX.
The HB4-BR42 carries the largest cap in the HB4 range: a 60 mm mushroom on the standard 22 mm bezel. The extra diameter matters where the operator may be wearing heavy gloves, where the panel is reached across a machine, or where the stop function has to be found without looking. The contact is normally closed and opens when the cap is pressed.

Design Features
- 60 mm cap, the largest in the HB4 range, on the standard 22 mm mounting hole
- Normally-closed contact opens on pressure, so loss of the circuit or a pulled wire also stops the machine
- Chrome-plated zinc alloy bezel with a metal clamping ring: the switch stays square under repeated palm strikes
- Cap is a separate moulding, replaceable on its own if it is scuffed or cracked in service
- Screw-terminal contact block clips on from the rear and can be changed without removing the bezel

Use the 60 mm group where the operator is gloved or the panel is at arm's length; the 40 mm HB4-BC group is the usual choice for a normal panel front.
Applications
Heavy machinery, hoists and cranes, concrete and aggregate plant, agricultural equipment and emergency-stop circuits on large control cabinets.
