The HB4-BW31 is an illuminated push button with a neon lamp inside the cap, wired for 6-380 V. The lamp runs straight off the control voltage without a driver, which makes this the simplest way to show that a machine is live, that a function is selected, or that a step is waiting for an operator.

The lamp is fed from its own terminals, so the illumination can be wired independently of the contact circuit. LED versions for 24 V, 110 V and 220 V are listed under HB4-BW33.
Design Features
- Neon lamp inside the cap, wired for 6-380 V AC/DC, so no driver or transformer is needed
- Lamp terminals are separate from the contacts, so the indication can follow a different circuit than the switching
